The family and I were hanging out, buying sometime before our movie. We watched the the fountain dance to the music, shooting random droplets of water through the air. I began watching the people around me. "Wouldn't it be kind of fun to pick out random people in public and create characters from them. It would be really cool,if we could actually get a picture with the character subject.
My mind has been spinning at warp speed...

"THE SCAVENGER HUNT"
We may have to make this into two parts.
Instead of collecting things physically on your list, write complete descriptions of the items as you find them.
Optional:
In addition, you may take pictures.
Assignment Part One:
Pick out 1-2 "RANDOM" strangers. Write a descriptive character profile.
Write complete descriptions of the items you see on the list.

Write a short story incorporating your characters and at least half of the descriptions you found.
